Shipping

We offer shipping of products to your home (as allowed by law) for a nominal charge. You may select next day or 2 day ground delivery.

Payment Methods

We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover. We also have third party financing available for pools and spas. Sorry - store credit not available. Credit cards presented for payment of labor, parts and service calls will be "pre-authorized" for an estimate of charges prior to dispatching service technicians.

Privacy Policy

Customer information is strictly for the use of Hot Spot Pools and Spas and will never be shared, sold or traded with any other organization.

Return Policy

The return of pool and spa care products is highly discouraged. A receipt indicating customer name and product purchase information will be required for all exchanges or returns. Pool and Spa chemicals may not be returned (for the safety of our customers). This policy exists to protect our customers from misusing or mishandling products, we must know the products that you are using at home in order to provide appropriate advice.
