Add hamburger Worchester sauce and garlic powder into a bowl and mix well. Form hamburger into 8 patties about 1/8 pound each.
Take cheese slices and place in the middle of four of the patties. Take remaining for patties and place on top of the cheese topped patties. Press ends together to seal in the cheese. Place the patties to the side.
Take the hot dogs and cut about 1 inch off of one side for the head. Cut eyes out and a mouth. Divide the remaining part of the hot dog into 5 equal parts. On four of the remaining parts cut slits for the “toes” of the turtle. Cut the last piece to a point for the tail. Set all pieces aside.
Take 4 slices of bacon cut them in half and weave them into a flat basket pattern.
Take one of the woven bacon baskets place a hamburger patty in the center of it and fold bacon up around the patty enclosing it in a snugly bacon wrapped layer of goodness. Do this to all of the burgers.
Take the hot dog sections and place them into the appropriate places. (anatomy lessons available in store)
