Ole Rays Meatloaf
on the Big Green Egg

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground chuck (80/20)


  • 1/2 large yellow onion, chopped


  • 2 celery stalks, chopped


  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped


  • 1 cup bread crumbs, fresh or dried


  • 1 egg, beaten


  • Salt and pepper


  • 1/4 cup Ole Ray’s Kentucky Red Bourbon or Apple/Cinnamon Barbeque Sauce, plus more for topping


Directions:

  1. Set Egg for indirect cooking with temp set at 230-250 degrees.


  2. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together using your hands or a stiff spoon.


  3. Form into a loaf and place on a fish and veggie grid.


  4. Cover top of loaf with more BBQ sauce place in cooker and cook for 2-2 1/2 hours or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees.
